WHY ATHENS/
Athens is a city of tension and beauty—where ancient myths collide with graffiti walls, and rituals unfold beside modern rhythm. It’s visually rich, emotionally charged, and layered with stories. The kind of place that wakes you up and makes you pay attention.

This isn’t the Athens of guidebooks - Elli and her Athens based team will guide you through hidden courtyards, textured streets, quiet moments of local life, and curated creative encounters. It's Athens as muse, mirror, and co-creator.

Whilst we will have opportunities to photograph Athens during our daily experiences , the focus of the photography exercises is not travel photography but a journey in visual storytelling.

Do I need to have photography experience ? 

Not necessarily -the emphasis is on understanding photography as an effective visual communication tool.Elli teaches some key fundamental yet simple tools which you can easily apply for professional or personal use.

What equipment do I need ? 

A lightweight mirrorless camera with a versatile lens (24-70mm), DSLR or even a smartphone !
